For a purchase issue, include the Google Play order ID if available. Never send your password or card details. Store purchases and ads may be unavailable in development builds.

Progress and purchases

Progress is stored locally. Clearing app storage can erase it. If a purchase is missing, first check that Google Play uses the account that made the purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the game where available. Contact us if it still does not appear.

Privacy or deletion

See our Privacy policy and Data & deletion guide. Resolved support conversations are removed from our active mailbox within seven days after closure, except records we must legally retain. Open issues remain open while we work on them.

About the game

Already Won is developed by 4T7.games for teens and adults (13+). It is currently in development. Store availability, content ratings and supported devices will be confirmed at release.
