This policy explains how 4T7 Games handles information for Already Won and this studio website. Contact us at 4t7.games@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.
Already Won is in development. Ad and purchase services described below apply to builds that include those features. Some preview builds do not include them. No Already Won account is required; studio cloud saves are not currently enabled.
Game progress stays on your device
The game stores progress, settings, coins, cosmetic selections, achievements and your in-game family locally so you can continue playing. Names you give fictional children are part of your local save. We do not operate a server that receives these saves. Device or operating-system backup services may keep a copy according to your backup settings.
Advertising
Ad-enabled Android builds use Google AdMob to load and show ads, provide optional rewarded-ad benefits, measure ad performance and help prevent fraud. Google's SDK can process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or other identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information. What is processed depends on device permissions, SDK configuration and applicable privacy choices.
Our initial configuration requests under-age-of-consent treatment for all players. This limits advertising treatment; it does not mean that ads process no information. Optional purchases
Google Play handles payment for Android in-app purchases. The game processes purchase status and purchase records needed to unlock or restore purchased features. We do not receive your complete card details. Google handles its payment and transaction records under its own policies.
When you contact support
We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems and handle your request. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store correspondence. Please do not send passwords, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
This website
This website has no studio analytics, advertising scripts, account system or tracking cookies. Images, styles and animation files are served with the site. When hosted, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs to deliver and secure the website. Clicking an external link opens a service with its own privacy practices.
Sharing and security
We use service providers for email, website hosting, advertising and purchases as described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users and our services. We do not sell support correspondence or local game saves. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle; no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
How long information is kept
Local saves remain on your device until you remove them or clear app storage. We retain support correspondence while a request is open, then delete the conversation from our active mailbox within 7 days after the request is resolved and closed. This does not limit how long we help with an unresolved issue. If retention is legally required, we keep only the necessary records for the required period. Email-provider backups may expire on the provider's own schedule.
Google and other service providers manage their own operational, advertising and transaction records under their policies and legal obligations. Our seven-day support policy does not control those records.
Your choices and requests
You can clear local game data, manage device backups and request deletion of support information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of information, or complain to a privacy authority. Email us to exercise applicable rights. We may ask for only the information necessary to verify your request. See Data & deletion for practical steps.
Age group
Already Won is designed for teens and adults aged 13 and over, not for children under 13. This intended audience is separate from the age rating assigned by a store. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
