Data & deletion

Already Won does not currently require a studio account, and studio cloud saves are not enabled. Most game information is saved on your device.

Delete local game data

1. Open Android Settings → Apps → Already Won.
2. Open Storage (or Storage & cache).
3. Choose Clear storage / Clear data and confirm.

This removes local race progress, coins, settings, cosmetic selections and your in-game family. It cannot be undone through the studio. Menu names vary by device. Check your device backup settings too: a backup may restore old data after reinstalling.

Delete information you emailed us

Email 4t7.games@gmail.com with the subject “Already Won data deletion”. Send from the address you used for support if possible and say which correspondence you want deleted. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless a necessary verification method has been agreed with you.

We will review your request, remove information we control where applicable, and explain any legally required retention. Closed support conversations are normally deleted from our active mailbox within seven days. Provider backup copies may expire separately. We cannot remotely erase data held only on your phone.

Google records and purchases

Clearing game data does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase, delete a Google account, or erase Google's advertising or transaction records. Manage those through your Google account's Data & privacy settings, Google Play and your device's privacy controls. Purchased features may be restored using the purchasing Google account.
